This place was closed despite all the other shops being open. You'd think they'd cater to travelers since they're at a rest stop.
Employees were extremely rude, there was this one employee that seemed like she didn’t know how to make coffee at all, my order was not rich like my usual orders from Starbucks and the coffee tasted watered down. Horrible and had to find another coffee place.
The employees at this Starbucks are kind and quick. They serve all drinks, food, mugs, gift cards and more her like any regular Starbucks. My only request is that they would have more of a gift card selection.
I recently stopped off at Starbucks and mistakenly left my wallet behind. They not only had great service but An honest employee by the the name of Jashawn found it and kept it in lost and found. They FedEx it overnight and I received it the next day! Saved me such hassle and money...Thank you so much. I will return there in the future for sure when I’m in the area for coffee or something to eat...
Location was closed at 8am on a Mon. Should of been open at 6. Asked the 3 workers who were just chatting it seemed with each other why they were closed. Said 5am person called out. Did not look at all concerned about getting the store open ASAP. Didn't even apologize for them not being ready. Gave 2 stars as they still have good coffee.
